# clsSummaryManager

`clsSummaryManager` aggregates the case summary view: it computes the LCE (Legal Case Evaluation) due-date display, looks up the worker's address/phone, and resolves the assigned attorney and secretary for the current case. It issues an inline scalar SQL lookup against `attorney_profile` (via `SqlHelper.ScalarQuery`) to resolve attorney display information rather than delegating to the business layer. It inherits `LegalManagerBase` (this library) → `ClaimAppManager` (`SAIF.Application.Claim`).

## Purpose
- Compute the LCE due-date display value for the case summary view.
- Resolve the worker's current address and phone number for display.
- Resolve the assigned attorney and secretary for the current case, including an inline `attorney_profile` lookup by attorney ID.

## Behavioral notes
